– Training in the school is a memorable experience for me: this includes meeting competent lectors, communication with colleagues, different trainings giving an opportunity to put the fresh knowledge in practice and try on a role not typical in normal conditions. The most interesting thing for me was a course of lectures devoted to solutions of the conflicts which we are facing at work and in day-to-day life, Dmitrii says.

One more project the members of the commission got interested in was devoted to the modernization of the stacker cranes in the forging shop. The author of the project Vasilii Pjankov, the head of industry safety department, offered transferring of the sophisticated equipment (stacker cranes)  control to remote video and radio control. “It’s important to provide the safety of an operator, to exclude the risk of injuries. Human life and health are inestimable”, - Vasilii considers.

The experts drew their attention also to the project of Denis Uzbekov, an engineer of the department of gas turbine unit operation support. His idea was to implement the system of remote monitoring of gas turbine units technical condition: this system will allow increasing reliability and overhaul operation time of the engines.

Olga Krasavina, HR director of JSC UEC-Perm Engines:

– All the participants of the project are talented, initiative and motivated specialists. With the guidance of visiting lectors and business coaches they are trained not just to work in team effectively,  organize their time well and build the relations with their colleagues, but try themselves as    executives, train to take the responsibility for positive changes in the production processes. Those graduates of the school who take an active part in the life of the company have a great opportunity of self-development and putting their ideas in practice.
