Nadezhda Belyaeva,  class teacher of 7B of secondary school ą 136, Perm noticed that modern young people are extremely lack of primary professional labor preparation. Sergey Popov, Managing director of JSC UEC-Perm Engines, the head of Russian Engineering Union Perm regional division:

- When senior pupils and students see the production process they get considerably more impressions than reading textbooks. They ask questions, study the equipment, examine the engines blades… And our task is to tell them about professions required for the company in the easiest and most interesting way to make their decision to get employed by Perm Engines deliberate.
