Electric and gas welder from JSC “UEC-Perm engines» won the second prize at the competitions of Rostec

The qualifying competitions in the competence of “Welding technologies” on the standard WorldSkills of the corporate championship of SC Rostec ended in Moscow on 28th of June. JSC «UEC-Perm engines» was represented by electric and gas welder Nikita Tebenkov, who won the second prize.

Numerous participant of professional skill competitions, winner of the plant contest “PROFI-2019”, Nikita is in “prizes” of such a level for the first time.

“The competition task consisted of four modules, - told Nikita Tebenkov. – For example, using different types of welding, it was necessary to carry out five control samples, and I also worked on a design that was tested under pressure”. According to the results of X-ray control, experts noted the excellent results of welding on samples of representative of “UEC-Perm Engines”. In total 10 specialists of enterprises, members of SC Rostec, took part in the elimination competitions.

In autumn electric and gas welder Nikita Tebenkov together with other winners of qualifying competitions will take part in the national championship of cross-cutting working professions of high-tech industries on methods of WorldSkills Hi-Tech in Jekaterinburg.
