Cooperation agreement with company veterans signed at Perm Engines

The documents were signed by Sergey Popov, the Chairman of Perm regional branch of Russian Engineering Union, the Managing director of JSC UEC-Perm Engines and Rashid Dzunza, the chairman of the public organization Veterans of Perm Engines.

It’s not for the first year the practice of signing such agreements exists at the engine-building enterprise. This format of cooperation allows solving quickly a variety of problems arising in the life of veterans of the plant.

-         This year Perm Engines celebrates the anniversary – our plant has been producing aircraft engines for 85 years. Our veterans make a huge contribution to the enterprise development, to the labor education and training of young specialists. This is an invaluable work. I want to thank them for their rich life experience, professional knowledge and skills, which they are always ready to share. Today our main task is to unite the efforts of the Russian Engineering Union and Perm Engines in providing support to veterans, - noted Sergey Popov.

The agreement will provide an opportunity to systematize the accumulated experience of cooperation, make the work clear and orderly. Under the agreement, it is planned to hold joint events aimed at patriotic education of young people, educational lectures on the history of the enterprise and its achievements.

-         Veterans of Perm Engines are people who are not indifferent to the life of the company, to the fate of subsequent generations who will work here. By this signed agreement we are opening a new program for cooperation between the company, Russian Engineering Union and veteran’s unity, there will be a lot of teamwork, - noted Rashid Dzunza.  

The document stipulates the terms of cooperation on the protection of socio-economic, labor, housing and property rights of the senior generation. The parties also agreed to cooperate in such important areas as improving the quality of life and well-being of veterans, applying their experience to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise, and also discussed issues on the exchange of necessary information of mutual interest.
