UEC-Perm Engines granted trade assignment certificates to students

On the 13th of June those who make their studies within subject-oriented (dual) educational program were granted with the trade assignment certificates in Perm Technical School of Industrial and Information Technologies (PTPIT). Honorary red diplomas were given out of the hands of Olga Krasavina, HR Director of JSC UEC-Perm Engines, to 66 students of Perm Aviation Technical School (PAT) (specialties “Manufacturing Engineering” and “Aircraft Engine Manufacturing”, trird year) and PTPIT (trade “CNC machine fitter”, second year). And in such manner the educational year was reckoned up and the results of practice at the company in particular.

Within this year the youngsters have worked in different shops of the factory, some of them have mastered the trade of universal machine operator, the others – construction metal workers. On the results of the practice it was required to execute qualification research work that contains practical and theoretical parts. Depending on the results each student has been assigned with either the second or the third grade.

Ulyana Alikina, third year student of Perm Aviation Technical School, “Aircraft Engine Manufacturing” shared that this was her first experience of work in industrial company. “Within this year I have tried my skills in technical inspection bureau of machine assembly shop as an inspector, in assembly shop – at disassembly cell as flaw detector, have witnessed engine tests. I really enjoyed the shop team, job climate. Next year when my diploma is defended I would like to be hired by the company”.

Having congratulated the youngsters on the termination of another education stage, Olga Krasavina, HR Director of UEC-PE, noticed: “Now you are not just students. You have mastered a trade with certain grade which is mentioned in your certificates. When summer vacations are over we are expecting you to come to Perm Engines for further studying. Good luck and may success attend you!

Aleksandr Dicheskul, Director of Perm Aviation Technical School, underlined that knowledge of a trade extend opportunities at the company: “Now you can do anything – be a machine operator, assembly fitter, manufacturing engineer, but if you are keen to – be a general director. Merit these certificates and continue your studies till the very end!”
